Please read this agreement carefully and completely before you accept 916EASYWIN services.

The following are the Terms and Conditions governing all the Promotions offered by 916EASYWIN.

1. Customer should be over the age of 18, or the age of consent in the Customer's home jurisdiction, whichever is higher and has the mental capacity to take responsibility for the Customer's own actions and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 916EASYWIN shall reserves the right at any and all times to void any transactions involving minors.

2. All bonuses offered are intended for recreation Customers only. Accounts identified or suspected as non-recreational play type or wager style or collaboration between parties is not eligible for this promotion and are subject to have any awarded bonuses plus winnings to be revoked at the sole discretion of 916EASYWIN.

3. 916EASYWIN will only offer one bonus per person, email address, contact number, same payment method details and shared computer including but not limited to cyber cafe or workplace throughout the duration of this promotion.

4. In all promotions, strict rules will be enforced on multiple accounts abuse. 916EASYWIN shall in its sole discretion decide on what activity constitutes multiple accounts abuse.

Subject to Clause 5 above, once a bonus has been credited into a Member's account, 916EASYWIN will have the sole discretion to approve or reject the Member's request to change promotion; or to cancel the bonus; or to withdraw without completing the required rollover. Any approval given will be subjected strictly to a penalty being charged on the deposit, the bonus amount withdrawn and any winnings accrued prior to such a request will be voided.

8. Unless otherwise specified, a Customer is not eligible to participate in any other 916EASYWIN concurrent promotions.

9. Any bonuses and winnings are non-transferable to other accounts unless at the sole discretion of 916EASYWIN.

10. 916EASYWIN reserves the right to request any Customer to provide sufficient documentation as to prove the Customer's identity prior crediting any bonus to his account.

11. Where any term of the offers or promotions have not been fulfilled by eligible account holders; are breached; are abused; or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a Customer or group of Customers irrespective of the outcome; or there is collusion in any other forms; or from the usage of multiple accounts; which due to a promotion bonus or any other promotional offer resulted in Customer's profits, whether individually or as part of a group; 916EASYWIN reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim the bonus plus all winnings and to levy a charge on the Customer's or Customers' accounts up to the value of the deposit bonus to cover administrative costs. As a punitive deterrent and preceding to the deduction of such bonus or bonus plus winnings and administrative cost, the remaining balance in any or all accounts will be subjected to a 100% rollover respectively, before any withdrawal is allowed.

12. Should disputes arise in all matters relating to the awarding of the bonus and/or the Terms and Conditions in the Promotion, the final decision shall lies with 916EASYWIN. The decision made will be binding and shall not be subjected to review or appeal by any Customer or third party.

13. By participating in the Promotion, the Customer agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless, the Company, 916EASYWIN, their legal representatives, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damage incurred or losses suffered or sustained, whether directly or indirectly related to the Promotion.

14. Employees, relatives of employees and any entities affiliated or related to 916EASYWIN are not permitted to participate in the Promotion. For these purposes, "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.

15. 916EASYWIN further reserves the exclusive right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to modify, alter, discontinue, cancel and/or void this promotion at anytime without any notice.

16. In the event of any discrepancy between the meaning of Non-English version of these Standard Promotion Terms and Conditions, the meaning of English language version shall prevail.

This Promotion is valid only where allowed by applicable local or national laws, and where persons may legitimately qualify to participate under applicable laws. The Customer acknowledges that 916EASYWIN operates from a jurisdiction where it is licensed, regulated and legally permissible to make such promotions, and that 916EASYWIN makes reasonable efforts not to promote in prohibited jurisdictions or to Customers in, or from prohibited jurisdictions. It is solely the Customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with their applicable local or national laws before participating in 916EASYWIN's Promotions. By participating in such Promotions, the Customer warrants that he has sought legal advice and/or is sufficiently familiar with applicable laws to verify that his participation is not contrary to such laws

Responsible Gaming

Limiting Access by Minors
916EASYWIN requires new customers to declare that they are of lawful age in their respective jurisdiction and at least 18 years old. Should we have a suspicion of a false declaration or minors attempting to use our services we will further pursue reasonable measures to verify this.. In this respect, if we have a suspicion to this extent, we reserve the right to suspend an account and request proof of identity and age from the player to verify compliance with this policy.
